We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below, as it outlines the conditions and procedures for returning a vehicle or receiving a refund.

1. General Return and Refund Policy

At Chic Trend Citeino, we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. Once a purchase has been finalized, we offer the option for returns or refunds under certain conditions. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange of your vehicle. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless required by law.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return or refund, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no damage, alterations, or modifications. The vehicle should have fewer than 500 miles driven (unless otherwise specified in writing) and be free of any wear and tear.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, is required to initiate a return or refund.

2. Reasons for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Faulty Vehicle: If your vehicle has a manufacturing defect or was delivered with faulty components that impair its performance or safety, you may return the vehicle within the return window for a full refund or replacement. We will assess the condition of the vehicle and coordinate with the manufacturer for repairs or replacement where applicable.

  • Incorrect Vehicle Delivered: If the vehicle delivered is not the one you purchased (wrong model, trim level, color, or features), we will offer a return or exchange for the correct vehicle at no additional cost.

  • Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances can change. If you change your mind about the vehicle purchase, you may return the vehicle within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee (5% of the purchase price) to cover administrative costs. The vehicle must be in new, unused condition.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Certain circumstances will void the eligibility for returns or refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicles that have been driven more than 500 miles from the time of delivery.
  • Vehicles that have been modified, damaged, or repaired in any way.
  • Vehicles purchased as special orders or custom builds that were specifically designed or configured according to your specifications.
  • Any vehicles sold as “final sale,” discounted, or under promotional pricing which are explicitly stated as non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Upon approval of your return request, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned vehicle and confirming its condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
  • If you paid by check or bank transfer, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the same account.

Restocking Fees: If applicable, a restocking fee of 5% of the vehicle’s purchase price will be deducted from the final refund amount for returns due to buyer’s remorse.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service: Call us at (616) 761-2066 or email us at info@chictrendciteino.com. Provide your order number and reason for return or refund.

  2. Inspection of Vehicle: Our team will guide you through the process and may schedule a time for a vehicle inspection to verify its condition.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the vehicle. Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid any delays.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping or transportation costs. For returns based on buyer’s remorse, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges under certain conditions. If you wish to exchange the vehicle for another model, trim level, or color, please contact us within the return window. Exchange requests are subject to the availability of the requested vehicle and may incur additional costs depending on the price difference.

7. Warranty and After-Sale Service

In addition to the return and refund policy, all vehicles sold by Chic Trend Citeino come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Should the vehicle require repairs, services, or have defects after the return window has closed, you will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Chic Trend Citeino is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the vehicle after purchase. The return or refund policy is only applicable to issues caused by the vehicle’s condition at the time of delivery and does not cover damages or failures caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors.

9. Governing Law

This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
