1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the vehicle purchase date.
- The vehicle must not exceed 500 miles driven after purchase.
- The vehicle must be in its original condition, free from any damage, alterations, or excessive wear.
- The original sales receipt, keys, and any accessories must be returned with the vehicle.
- Vehicles purchased as “as-is” or through special promotions may not be eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- Customers must submit a return request via email or phone with the original sales receipt.
- Once the request is received, our team will review the eligibility and confirm the next steps.
- If approved, an appointment will be scheduled to inspect the vehicle and initiate the return.
3. Refund Terms
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the return being approved and completed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price may apply to returned vehicles.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Vehicles sold “as-is” are non-returnable.
- Special order or customized vehicles may not be eligible for returns.
5. Exchanges
- Customers may request an exchange of a vehicle instead of a refund. The vehicle being exchanged must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
- The replacement vehicle must be of equal or greater value, and the customer is responsible for any price differences.
- Only one exchange per vehicle purchase is allowed.
6. Manufacturer Recalls
- In the event of a manufacturer recall, customers will be directed to the manufacturer’s authorized service center for necessary repairs.
- Refunds are not provided for manufacturer recalls; however, warranty coverage applies to repairs.
7. Special Considerations
- If the vehicle has undisclosed defects or is damaged during delivery, it may be eligible for a return or full refund outside the typical 7-day window.
- Customers returning a vehicle due to financing issues may incur additional charges as outlined in the financing agreement.
