1. General Terms 1.1. Eligibility for Purchase: All customers who wish to purchase a luxury vehicle from Chic Trend Citeino Inc. must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. 1.2. Product Availability: All vehicles listed for sale are subject to availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory information, but cannot guarantee availability until the purchase process has been completed. 1.3. Prices and Fees: Prices for vehicles are determined by the model, year, specifications, and optional features chosen by the customer. Prices are exclusive of taxes, fees, delivery charges, and any additional optional services. Prices may change without prior notice, but all confirmed agreements will be honored at the quoted price.
2. Vehicle Purchase Process 2.1. Reservation: To reserve a vehicle, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the vehicle and market conditions. This deposit will be credited towards the total purchase price. 2.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via various methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, financing options, and leasing. We recommend discussing payment preferences with our sales team to choose the most convenient and beneficial option. 2.3. Financing and Leasing: We offer financing and leasing options through a network of approved financial partners. All financing and leasing agreements are subject to credit approval and may require additional documentation. Interest rates, terms, and conditions will be disclosed prior to finalizing any agreement. 2.4. Trade-In Vehicles: If you are trading in a vehicle, an appraisal will be provided based on the current market value of your vehicle. The trade-in value will be deducted from the total price of your new vehicle.
3. Delivery and Ownership Transfer 3.1. Delivery Terms: Once full payment has been received and processed, your vehicle will be scheduled for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the vehicle and the location of the customer. Customers can opt for home delivery or pick-up from our showroom. 3.2. Ownership Transfer: The vehicle ownership will officially transfer once the full payment has been made and all necessary documentation, including the title and registration, has been completed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper registration and insurance of the vehicle. 3.3. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, the customer is encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to our sales team immediately. Acceptance of the vehicle is final once the customer signs the acceptance form.
4. Warranties and Guarantees 4.1. Manufacturer’s Warranty: All vehicles sold by Chic Trend Citeino Inc. come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. Details of the warranty, including terms and conditions, will be provided at the time of purchase. 4.2. Extended Warranty: Customers may also choose to purchase an extended warranty for additional coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. The extended warranty will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the warranty provider. 4.3. Used Vehicle Warranty: For pre-owned luxury vehicles, we offer a limited warranty based on the vehicle’s age and mileage at the time of purchase. 5. Returns and Refunds 5.1. Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of luxury vehicles, all sales are final. Once a vehicle has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in cases where the vehicle is found to be defective or not in compliance with the agreed specifications. 5.2. Defects and Issues: If a vehicle develops mechanical or technical issues within the warranty period, customers should contact our service department for repairs or assistance. In the case of severe defects or issues that cannot be resolved under warranty, Chic Trend Citeino Inc. will work with the manufacturer to determine an appropriate solution. 5.3. Cancellation of Orders: If an order is canceled by the customer before delivery, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will cover administrative costs and any costs incurred by the company in processing the order.
6. Customer Service and Support 6.1. After-Sales Support: Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the sale. We provide ongoing support for our customers through maintenance, repair services, and any questions related to the ownership of their luxury vehicle. Our team is always available to assist with any inquiries or issues. 6.2. Service Center: Chic Trend Citeino Inc. operates a fully equipped service center where customers can bring their vehicles for routine maintenance, repairs, or customization. Service appointments should be scheduled in advance.
7. Legal and Compliance 7.1. Compliance with Laws: All sales transactions, including financing and leasing, comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all legal requirements for vehicle registration and use. 7.2. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy. Any personal information provided during the purchase process is securely stored and used only for the purposes of completing the sale and providing related services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. Exclusion of Liability: Chic Trend Citeino Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, possession, or resale of any vehicle purchased through our dealership. 8.2. Force Majeure: Chic Trend Citeino Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, transportation delays, or supplier issues.
